“The Gulf Collection is a series of scents which are lovingly dedicated to the individual personalities and characteristics of countries across the Gulf – a region with a long tradition of holding perfumery very dear to its heart. Qatar is legendary for having the finest pearls in the world. Pearls are traditionally the symbol of purity and all that is precious, and this is a fitting likeness to the most precious perfumery material of all – Ambergris – which used to be known as the pearl of the whale. Further esteemed materials of Rose de Mai, Jasmin de Grasse and Saffron build a sumptuousness around the main note of Ambergris, whilst unique notes of Candyfloss and Orris-sur-Cèdre pay homage to its scarcity in perfume compositions.” – ROJA Dove.
